A key element of our e-procurement solution is the Supplier Portal which is a secure gateway for our suppliers to communicate electronically
with all Trusts using this system. The portal is a free web based tool and will enable suppliers to transact quickly and efficiently across all
aspects of the e-procurement process and promises benefits for both ourselves and our suppliers.
Registered Suppliers will have the ability to:
- View all your orders
- Acknowledge and query orders
- Enter your invoices for payment against orders (either manually or electronically)
- Raise and resolve queries direct to Procurement
- Manage your own catalogues
- Participate in Quotation and Tendering opportunities
